    • Our team will verify the issue and approve the return/refund request if eligible.

  4. Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Products without a verified defect.
  • Used, washed, or damaged products (not due to manufacturing defects).
  • Items returned without the original box or packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products.
